Where do I put my size and name information when ordering?
You can put all relevant information for customization in the "note to seller" area during paypal checkout (Please use "alternative checkout" for paypal checkout!). OR you can send us an email, let us know your name, address, and what you ordered. We'll email you back to confirm we have the correct information.

Do you have colored Tshirts?
At the present time we do not carry colored shirts. We carry white and ash gray only. We will be stocking up with colored shirts in the near future.

How do you get the designs on the shirts?
All of our designs are professional heat transfer. We use commercial grade heat transfer machines, chroma life dyes, and professional heat transfer paper.

How do you wash the shirts?
Turn shirt inside out.
Wash in cool water using a COLOR SAFE detergent (do not use stain lifters or bleach)
Tumble dry Low
Do not iron over design
When washed properly , shirts will look great for a long time to come.

Can I have a photo put on my shirt?
Yes, we can customize shirts any way you'd like. Send us an email with the picture, and what type of design are you looking for.

The shipping price seems to be coming out too high.
Sometimes the built in calculators are off. When printing your shipping label, if we notice a difference, we will refund the difference back into your paypal account. Another reason why we highly recommend checking out through paypal. Paypal checkout can be found by clicking "alternative checkout" on the check out page.

Why is there a refund in my paypal account?
Sometimes the built in calculator comes out wrong OR we have found different means of shipping to save you money. When applicable, we will send a refund back to your paypal account if you have overpaid.

We try to help as best we can, however this is a free online store so we have to use what the software offers. There are links everywhere if you look around, and if you get stuck on something or just have a question, email us. We will respond right away and help you out!

I like a Birthday design but do not want the Birthday theme.
We can change any design around to your preference. Send us an email, tell us what you would like, and we'll send you a rough draft. If you like it, you can order the Birthday design and just make a note when paying that you want the personalized shirt. Email us [email protected]
